Open Heart Org
Open Heart Organization is a group that the Cafe has formed as a home to small groups of adventurers in search of a home or individuals who wish to give back. The Organization is a loose collection of these individuals to help them connect with each other as well as to offer Charity work for the various cities and villages of Eitherys. ((The Organization will offer occasional low to medium power jobs for those in the organization or connected to it. Most will revolve around helping the various In Game communities with miscelanious issues.))
History
The Open Heart Organization is a relativly new organization. It was formed by Dopophin Arethan and Xavier Greystone. The two decided to form a group where people could come and help out the various Communities of Eorzea with needs or tasks that most adventurers would overlook. Not seeking fame and glory, just a means to make the star a better place.The choice to make it an Organization instead of a Free Company was done with the intent of letting small groups join and primarily do what they want to while still having a community that they can find like minded people in, and Events of a similar theme for them and other groups to partake in. Thus letting people of other Free Companies join, or small groups that struggle to find a Free Company join without losing their autonomy.
OOC RULES
No primals/gods/Ancients/Voidsent. ((Reapers and similar are fine, but expect the pacted voidsent to be treated with skepticism))No open ERP, mature topics are fine on occasion or casually, if it becomes the dominant trait of a group then they may get talked to about it, this group is not a sex group or sexual themed group. (Casual nudity is allowed in places expressly permitted, such as the Cafe basement area.)OOC and IC are to be separate, if blending causes drama the person or persons blending will be spoken to privately about it.The Organization is meant to be low to mid tier power, Organization events are expected to follow this for the entirety of the event or arc. (Personal group stories are exempt from this rule, but if offering to people in the Organization, expect this level to be what is being brought in unless you know them already)Dark RP (slavery, torture, PKing, serial killers, etc) is not welcome in the organization. Bringing up such activities in public will be admissible to being kicked. The exception to this is background topics, and even then should not have much details. (Again, personal or individual group RP is up to you.)Intergroup rulings: When adding someone to personal groups/private RP you must disclose if the event or story arc will not be following a rule listed here to the person so that they can decide OOC if they want to be part of it or not. If a complaint is lodged about not being warned, and no screenshots of such warnings can be provided, the group will be talked to about breaking this rule.Each subgroup is to nominate a person to be the officer for that group and keep things in check. They will be added to the Officer Pool for the organization, to give input and ideas. This is primarily for clear information passing.
